Southern Regional Manager

Youthtown is looking for a Southern Regional Manager to be based in the Christchurch Region. This newly created management role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of our South Island Programmes and have a national portfolio of Recreation – Outdoors, Sport and Play to connect with and inspire tamariki and rangatahi to engage in play and build confidence through sport and outdoor education.

Youthtown is looking for a passionate Programme Team Members to be part of an awesome team delivering a variety of exciting and engaging activities to children/young people on our programmes. This role involves the supervision of tamariki on our After School and Holiday Programme at our Knights Stream Site in Halswell.

Programme Lead - Glenfield, Auckland

In this hands-on role, you will lead and deliver life-changing programmes that grow confidence, resilience, and essential skills in young people. From youth mentoring to after-school and holiday programmes, outdoor adventures to sports programmes, you’ll create experiences that ignite potential and open doors to new opportunities. You’ll also lead our Youth Employability Programme, equipping rangatahi with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to step into the world of work and thrive in their future careers. If you’re confident in developing, implementing and delivering programmes for young people, we want to hear from you!
