Programme Lead - Upper Hutt

Permanent Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and capable individual with exceptional teamwork and communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and deliver engaging programmes for children and young people. You will bring experience in building strong relationships within the local community, a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to move seamlessly between administration and programme delivery. 

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). Hours of work will be 6.30am-9.00am and 12.30pm-6.00pm during term time. The ability to be flexible in your working hours is essential, as some weekend and evening work may occasionally be required.

A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence and at least two years of driving experience are required.

Programme Lead - Christchurch (Woolston)

Permanent Part-time

We are seeking a motivated and capable individual with exceptional teamwork and communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and deliver engaging programmes for children and young people. You will bring experience in building strong relationships within the local community, a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to move seamlessly between administration and programme delivery. 

This is a part-time role (25 hours per week). Hours of work will be 1.00pm-6.00pm during term time. Possible hours during shcool holiday programmes as well.

A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence is required.

People & Capability Advisor - Auckland (Hillcrest)

Permanent Full-time - Office role

Entry-level and broad generalist role combining hands-on HR support with strategic people projects. You'll provide advice on recruitment, employment relations, performance, onboarding, and compliance while managing contracts, reference checks, and police vetting. The role also contributes to policy development, process improvement, learning and development initiatives, and organisational capability building. We're seeking an organised, people-focused HR professional with HR generalist experience, strong ER and recruitment exposure, and knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation. Experience with Employment Hero and an interest in L&D are highly desirable.
