With a nationwide team of over 100 dedicated staff, Youthtown delivers impactful programmes through our skilled Team Leaders, Programme Leads, and Programme Team Members. Their work is supported by a highly capable operational team.

Programme Lead - Manukau, Auckland

Permanent | Full-time

Youthtown is looking for a youth mentor who’s passionate about empowering rangatahi through high-impact, values-based programmes. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic mix of initiatives from youth mentoring and after-school programmes to holiday and outdoors/EOTC experiences delivered across our youth hubs, schools, and community spaces.

Programme Lead - North Shore, Auckland

Permanent | Full-time

Youthtown is looking for a Programme Lead to work alongside our amazing Christchurch team to deliver life-changing programmes that grow confidence, resilience, and essential skills in young people. From youth mentoring to learner licence and leadership programmes, you’ll create experiences that ignite potential and open doors to new opportunities.
