We want to create programmes for 5-12 year olds that work for you and your family and would like to know more about what you need!

Life has changed after COVID, including many families' out-of-school activity/care requirements. As a NZ not-for-profit that's been working with young people for 90 years, we know how hard the juggle can be. 

We'd really appreciate if you could take a minute to fill out our short survey.

By completing the Youthtown Children’s Programmes Survey and including your email address, you are in the draw to win one of ten prizes:

 

  1. Each prize consists of one (1) supermarket gift card (either Countdown, New World, Pak’nSave) valued at $50. The winner may choose which card they receive.

 

Prize draw terms and conditions:

  1. To be eligible, you must complete the Youthtown Children’s Programmes Survey and include your email address. The competition closes Friday 10th March 2023 at 5pm. This will be deemed one entry and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. 10 winners will be drawn from all entries.
  3. The winners will be notified by email on Monday 13th March 2023. If a winner has not responded within 5 business days, Youthtown will randomly choose another winner.
  4. Entries received after the indicated closing date will not be considered. 
  5. The Prize cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split.
  6. Employees of Youthtown Inc are not eligible to win the prizes.
  7. Youthtown Inc accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of these events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF. 
  8. Youthtown Inc shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of competition.
  9. By submitting your email address and competed survey, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  10. Youthtown Inc’s decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
