Youthtown is so proud to partner alongside Young Jazz Band-it, supporting youth and their musical talents. It is so amazing to see so much talent and growth. Recently the finalists were announced for the 2022 Young Jazz Band-it School Jazz Competitions. 

The finals will be held on Saturday, 1 October 2022 at the New Zealand School of Music, Victoria University of Wellington. We are so excited to see the showcase of talent and musical flare. 

Rodger Fox, Director of the Young Jazz Band-it Competition, said “Congratulations to all those selected as finalists, and many thanks to everyone who entered the competition. We look forward to seeing and hearing all finalists perform in Wellington on Saturday,1 October 2022.
