Definition of ABL & Team Challenges
ABL is Adventure Based Learning and is activity focused.
Made up mostly of activities that are completed in smaller groups, eg. In pairs, or on an individual basis. Activities are often a faster pace.
Team Challenges is still Adventure Based Learning but with a team challenge focus. These activities are built with larger numbers working together and tend to be slower paced and more thought provoking.
