North Shore
Like all Youthtown activities, the after school programme is something everyone enjoys and looks forward to. Run by experienced and dedicated staff, the programme runs from 3pm – 6pm and caters for children aged 5 – 13-years old.
Safety first
All Youthtown programmes are recognised by OSCAR and built around comprehensive safety policies and procedures. Staff to child ratios differ depending on the activity taking place:
1:10 (standard after school programme)
1:8 (day trips)
1:5 (water-based activities e.g. swimming)
THE LOW DOWN:
The after school programme costs vary depending on how many days your child attends and how far in advance you decide to pay. The following table provides a guideline to our fees:
| Amount per Day | Days per Week | Payment |
| $15 | 1- 5 | 2 wks in advance |
| $14 | 1- 5 | Whole term |
| Extra siblings will receive a 20% discount on their enrolled days | ||
Youthtown requires this to be paid two weeks in advance. As the programme is substantially subsidised there are no refunds for non-attendance.
Enrolment Process
Step 1: Phone co-ordinator to arrange a time for a visit or to view the programme in action. This gives you an opportunity to let us know about any specific needs your child/ children might have and ascertain the suitability of the programme on offer
Step 2: Complete enrolment forms with a minimum payment of two weeks in advance or take advantage of discounts available to full term subscription
Step 3: Child is enrolled on indicated Days. On-going communication of non-attendance and extra days essential. Please note we require two weeks notice of termination of service.

ACTION ZONE
Located on the main floor, the action zone is the ultimate place to chill out during the holidays! Sing Star, Buzz, dress ups, table tennis and marbles are just some of the cool things kids can get up to.
CREATIVE ZONE
A place where kids can unleash their imagination and inner-artists! Whether making handicrafts, working with clay or constructing dramatic masks, kids have a ball!
OUTDOOR ZONE
Youthtown loves to take advantage of good weather! Our Outdoor Zone allows kids to run around, get involved with fun games and enjoy the fresh air.
