Youthtown up and running in Greymouth

Youthtown expanded its national reach after touching down in the South Island last month, officially launching its Urban Unity programme in Greymouth.

With Youth Coordinator Tina Mason at the helm, Youthtown’s focus in Greymouth will be to formulate activities and events for teens aged 13 – 18 by working with existing leisure and entertainment providers.

To celebrate the launch, Youthtown ran a number of events that saw locals enjoy a free concert, a three-on-three basketball tournament and a mega dance party at Grey High School
