Youthtown School Holiday Programme

Youthtown provides high quality, OSCAR School Holiday Programmes with experienced staff and a staff/child ratio of 1:10 (1:8 ratio for daytrips and 1:6 swimming).

8.30am – 4.30pm $16 per day for all In house activities, Day Trips are an additional cost please refer to Optional Day Trip Insert. Extended care available at $5.00 per session. Lunch Orders available at $5.00

In House Programme

A morning roll will be taken and all children will assemble for a brief daily meeting. This is conducted to communicate activities on offer for the day and to go over the fair rules of Youthtown. The Choice of activities is categorized into the following zones;

• In our Gym Zone we offer sports and innovative age appropriate fun games including soccer, court sports and other team games.
  
  
• In our Creative Zone we offer an extensive variety of art activities to foster children's individual creativity.
  
  
• Our Learning Centre provides a fun and educational component to Youthtown's programmes. Activities include quizzes, board games, reading and colouring in.
  
  
• Cooking Zone will operate daily to guide children safely through all steps of cooking. Recipes are simple, fun and easy to reproduce at home.
  
  
• Our Action Zone is the fun place to be in the holidays, sing star, dress ups, buzz, pool, table tennis and marbles to name a few of the activities available.

Please note Youthtown provides no Television watching for children. However a TV will be used to operate interactive video games and to run Movie sessions throughout the holidays.

Youthtown 5 and 6 year old programme
Youthtown is pleased to be able to offer an exclusive School Holiday programme for children aged 5 and 6 year olds. This programme will be run separately to the 7-13 year olds to cater for the different abilities and needs of the children at this age. Activities will include art, storytelling, dramatic play, sports activities, swimming and a variety of fun day trips.

Urban Youth Programme

8.30am – 4.30pm
13 – 16 year olds
$14 a day for in house activities

Hang out and have fun with people your own age in our youth space. We've got all sorts of things to keep you amused like DVDs, Playstation2, and a pool table. Take part in organised in-house activities like art and craft, sports or cooking. We also go on cool daytrips like rock climbing, blo-karting and the movies and in the summer time we visit as many beaches as possible!
